Performance Reviews
How am I doing?
With GroupForce Performance Review module managers and staff members can communicate and review expectations in a very dynamic process. When you select the competency for the person being reviewed GroupForce automatically generates a list of expertise that requires attention.
A review may be performed just between two individuals (manager and person being reviewed) or may be escalated to include external reviewers that may perform their review under anonymity.
The performance review is score based and improvements for each area may be discussed and logged.
A full audit trail is maintained in the review and electronic acknowledgement is maintained in the system. Using templates based in MS Word, performance reviews may be printed and filed for legal reasons.
