Regardless of how we call them, every organization has identifiable issues that require action and possible cost of implementation. GroupForce Problem Reports is mostly designed to solve service oriented problems and allows item categorization and delegation to ensure successful resolutions.
As issues occur and are triaged they are entered in a pool of collective actions that require attention. As work progresses on those issues, proper records are maintained and accounted for.
When the issue, becomes a non-issue, all parties get informed, subject is closed and noted.
